Did your cat get its name from an Anne Rice novel? I used to have a friend who named her cat the same thing but it was inspired from the Queen of the Damned.

Philip, You are the first one that picked up on that! Akasha, Oueen of the damned!
She walked in darkness when she came to me and with my love I had hoped she could walk in the light again. But in reality she walks in between!
She is the perfect example ...
Can we really change the dark problems of the world into light or can we only make a difference and God does the rest!
